ABOUT bws fest

Black Wall Street Festival is a multi-day festival advancing Black entrepreneurship, creativity, and community through culture, commerce, and connection.

Since 2022, the festival has grown from fewer than 30 vendors to more than 350 participating businesses from Connecticut and beyond, attracting more than 10,000 attendees annually while creating measurable economic opportunities for entrepreneurs, artists, nonprofit organizations, and community partners.

Presented in partnership with the City of New Haven Department of Arts, Culture & Tourism, Black Wall Street Festival continues to expand economic opportunity through experiences that celebrate, connect, and invest in Black-owned businesses.
