Founded in 2021, The Breed Academy is a nonprofit organization empowering youth and young adults with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities to pursue careers in the creative industries.

Through hands-on training in music production, audio engineering, entrepreneurship, and creative technology, participants learn directly from industry professionals while gaining real-world experience. The Academy works alongside partners including ConnCAT, Yale School of Music, Cooperative Arts & Humanities High School, and the University of New Haven to expand access to creative education and career pathways.

The Academy's impact is reflected in the success of its students, with alumni going on to become Grammy-nominated and RIAA-certified producers while building careers throughout the music and creative industries.
